The CETES Incubator will serve all students of Penn State Fayette, The Eberly Campus. A small business incubator, much like that of a chicken incubator, provides a nurturing and assisted environment in which new or prospective businesses ideas can learn, grow, and develop.

The CETES Incubator will be a place our students can explore and evaluate their ideas and interest in becoming an entrepreneur. We will provide a virtual portal via web-based technology where any PSU–FE student can enter the CETES website and complete an initial evaluation survey to determine their entrepreneurial area of interest. This step simply encourages them to articulate and focus on the business ideas have they dreamed, envisioned, and now wish to pursue. The initial survey will guide the students through a series of evaluative questions and situations. This will determine the level of business background and consideration the student has giving their small-business interest.
